About the role
Based at North Shore, Burdell, Townsville, this is a full-time, permanent position, 5 days/week (incl weekends), allocated days off during the week with opportunity to have a weekend off once a month. In addition to the salary package there is the opportunity to earn commission and bonuses.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to all sales and after sales enquiries
- Contribute to sales activities including pre-qualification and follow-up, meet and greet assistance with qualification.
- Assist in maintaining appropriate systems, procedures, and controls.
- Provide a welcoming and helpful interface between the team and key internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent Stockland in alignment with the brand and Stockland's values.
- Use effective communication skills to liaise clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update sales systems and processes to maximise enquiry conversion and minimise cancellations of deposits for the Region.
- Enhance Stockland's leadership position and reputation in the industry through sustainable sales practices and adherence to the structured sales process.
- Providing exceptional customer service and customer care to everyone who engages with Stockland.
