Through the expansion of our display program, we have the opportunity for a hungry Sales Associate to join our successful Sales team and to learn the ropes.

The Role

In this role you will be required to: 

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a Display Home
• Meet and greet all visitors
• Assist in qualifying all visitors
• Assist the sales consultant to generate appointment opportunities
• Client prospecting and database management
• Assist in developing and providing marketing materials to visitors
• Handle prospective buyer enquiries
• Attend Industry networking events
• Provide client walk throughs of Display Homes
• Assist with general sales and office administration
• Work weekends and on public holidays

• Developing a sound knowledge of Construction Codes & Practices
• Understanding all construction paperwork including master drawings, quotations, siting specifications, block inspections, land requirements, finance qualification documents and land contracts
• Having the ability to source land for clients via the strong relationships you have built by networking
• Guiding clients through the new homebuying experience, ensuring you ask the correct questions, and that you provide appropriate information to ensure a seamless journey
• Providing both on going support and training
• The ability to work within a tight-knit, high performance culture

Preferable Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Non-negotiable preparedness to work weekends and public holidays
• Excellent presentation, communication skills & must be punctual
• Dedicated to customer service
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Microsoft office experience
