Role
Your role would involve assisting and being trained by the existing senior sales team, through a combination of phone qualification, subsequent quoting on site, and following up on quotes. Strong emphasis is placed on the sales process and customer experience.
Within this broad brief, specific tasks include:
- Quote/tender preparation, submission & subsequent sales closing
- Learning and understanding the market.
- Liaising with clients on post contract issues and enquiries
- No cold calling. All enquiries are warm.
Required skills would include:
- High level of communication.
- A vibrant personality.
- Ability to build relationships.
- Ability to be dynamic and find solutions.
- A positive attitude and a relentless passion to improve.
- Comfortable with KPI’s.
Candidate
To succeed, the successful candidate will need to have strong ability to communicate in both spoken and written form, coupled with the drive and ambition to learn. Full training will be provided. No sale experience required.
Advanced communication skills are a given, as are good planning and time management skills.
Remuneration
A base salary plus super, a competitive commission scheme
