Working exclusively with Subaru, we are looking for aSales Consultant who can play an integral role in delivering an outstanding customer purchase experience.
We want eager, enthusiastic, and passionate salespeople who have had previous experience in the automotive industry, or those with retail or hospitality experience who have a passion for sales & pushing themselves to succeed further!

About this role:
- Ensuring the Sales Process is followed from Lead Management through to completed deal packs, understanding the process and the value of each step
- Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all departments – Finance and Insurance, Car Care
- Building relationships with customers and potential customers
- Managing vehicle deliveries
- Understanding and being responsive to customer’s needs with a “nothing is a problem" attitude
- Ensuring customers have a memorable guest experience as they take possession of their brand new vehicle
- Presenting yourself professionally
The successful applicant will have:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to meet KPI’s and targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Have a valid driver’s license
- A great attitude looking for opportunities to exceed customer and management expectations whilst relishing challenge
- Sales experience in any industry will be highly regarded
