Sales Administrator
Are you looking for a fantastic position at the moment? We’d love to chat with you about a sales administrator role we have at Arkular within our Architectural Studio in Melbourne. The Role is to assist our Design Architect in qualifying sales leads, assist new customers with their questions, and assist them by providing the right sales solution.⠀
We’re working on some pretty exciting projects, including a Passive House in Tassie and a large wellness Nordic spa retreat in the Grampians with cabins, a cool reception, yoga facilities, and everything in between. We're particularly focused on well-designed, environmentally conscious, attainable homes.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Qualifying sales leads – understanding the needs and requirements of the customer and being able to provide the right sales solution.
- Proactively manage/follow up all leads and be the ambassador for our service, product and company.
- Liaise with the design architect on lead qualification and actively collaborate on the next steps.
- Effectively utilise Hubspot CRM system to track leads
- Other Ad Hoc jobs within an Architectural Studio.
