As the Customer Learning Coordinator your key responsibilities are to provide professional ongoing support to Customer Learning Team. Reporting directly to the National Learning Manager you will manage key administration tasks to ensure the smooth running of this department.
This newly created role is a great opportunity for someone who has held a similar coordination or administration role who is passionate about the Learning and Development sector. It requires someone to take ownership, is proficient in MS Suite, and who has the ability to build relationships with our external stakeholders, who is self-directed, using their initiative and who is keen to learn and grow.
What your day to day will look like:
- Customer Learning administration support and reporting for the performance and development cycle e.g., goal setting, competency review, people planning & end of year performance reviews.
- Overall management of the Customer Learning calendar.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, build relationships with internal and external suppliers.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs and events.
- Communicate and coordinate with the OD&C team around upcoming events to ensure all employees have visibility and access to training opportunities.
- Provide input and feedback to Customer Learning Manager.
What you will bring to the role:
- Strong attention to detail, takes pride in the quality of work.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Able to thrive in high pressure and fast paced environments.
- Strong planning and organisational skills effectively - manages conflicting priorities.
- An effective communicator (verbal and written), able to adapt approach in response to different personalities and communication approaches.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment an advantage.
