Job Summary:
EHON Energy Tech, a leading Technology company, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales efforts by coordinating various activities, ensuring smooth communication between the teams, and contributing to the overall success of EHON Energy Tech.

 Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
- Coordinate and organize sales meetings, presentations, and events.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Communication and Collaboration:

- Facilitate communication between sales and marketing teams.
- Act as a liaison between internal departments to ensure smooth processes.
- Assist in the coordination of cross-functional projects.
- Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.

Administrative Tasks:

- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the sales teams.
- Prepare and maintain sales budgets.
- Manage inventory of marketing materials and promotional items.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.

 Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
