As the Sales Coordinator with Journe Brands, you will be responsible for ensuring that you support our Sales Managers and that our Trading Partners are provided with the highest level of Sales Support and in line with our organisations Values.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all retail Trading Partners are serviced to the highest standards.
- Administrative support for Sales Managers, such as new line forms, forecast reports, daily activity needs to support the Sales Manager and retail trading partners.
- Working with the Sales Managers and developing presentations for retailers.
- Maintain specific reporting functions.
- Cross checking Purchase Orders, which includes up to date prices, quantification, and lead-times.
- Assisting with sample requests as required for Trading Partners.
- Assisting with trade fairs where applicable to ensure they are a success.
- Updating retailer websites with images and approved content to remain up to date.
Knowledge and skills:
- Experience within FMCG/Big Box Retailers
- Exposure to ERP systems, such as Pronto SAP is great but not essential.
- Excellent Microsoft Suite skills such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge when it comes to dealing with retailers.
- Very good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Take initiative to identify and anticipate business needs and make recommendations for implementation.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to contribute to a positive culture and have mutual respect within a dynamic team.
