Work with likeminded experienced technical engineering and commercial staff in a current vibrant HV power market. This role may suit a person from a non-electrical background with similar tendering skill seeking to expand their expertise. We are experiencing significant growth in the Australian Transmission and Distribution market for power which has resulted in a need for an additional person to join our high-performing Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with our clients to deliver the customer-required outcome of value and quality.
- Review tenders, identifying, capturing, and reporting contract variations.
- Compile and submit high level tenders. - Meeting the timeline of tender dates of submissions and communicating with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Participate in technical solution marketing in Industry events as required.
- Work collaboratively across numerous internal departments, including engineering, production, customer delivery, and field services.
To be successful you will bring the following attributes:
- Previous experience with the preparation of tenders.
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering or equivalent
- Three years or more of work experience in a Technical Industry.
- Excellent organisational skills, and attention to detail.
- Effective time management, and communication skills.
- Experience in estimation or project management is favourable.
