Due to the significant growth in recent years, we are looking for a new addition to our sales team. Joining a successful sales team, the successful candidate will be responsible for focusing on Regal Rexnord’s market leading products within the Industrial Powertrain Solution business unit.What’s the role:
- Be responsible for growing the IPS portfolio in Western Australia, with a strong focus on Powertrain and couplings.
- Establish and maintain relationships with OEM’s, Consultants and End user.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Grow revenue from an existing client base whilst seeking out new business.
- Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies, with the emphasis on solution selling.
What we expect from you:- Good experience in solution selling industrial products, Power Transmissions products and services
- A technical degree and/or mechanical trade qualification (desired but not essential).
- Good verbal and written communication skills, including a pleasant and professional telephone manner.
- High energy, passionate about collaboration with a professional outlook.
- Computer literacy particularly in MS Office, Sales Force.
- Current Valid Australian Drivers’ License.
- Previous work experience in the servicing mining clients in WA.
