About The Role

As a Sales Estimator you will work closely with the supportive estimating team. The key focus of the role is to accurately determine and calculate quantities required for single dwelling residential designs

Key Responsibilities For The Role

• Produce sales estimates to reflect the customers' requirements to incorporate Standard options, non standard variations, foundation and footing requirements, inclusion to achieve required sitting and regulatory requirements
• Proactively drive outcomes working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Understanding of workflow stages
• Complete sales estimations accurately using multiple estimation software systems, including data entry and conversion of quote information using specific programs
• Complete customer quotation amendments and variations in a timely manner
• Liaise with customers/builders/designers, site measurement team, sales management team, sakes customers service/administration team to investigate project quotation queries and resolve issues
• Appraisal of external reports to assist in costing each project

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience with a high volume project builder
• Ability to read / understand construction plans quickly and accurately, complete costings, take offs
• Experience in accounts payable or purchasing,
• Sound understanding of local council and developer requirements
• Sound knowledge of Australian Construction Standards
