Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for residential construction projects.. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methods and materials, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales team members and pre construction to develop competitive price proposals for clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to estimating and construction.
• Participate in project meetings and provide support to the sales and pre construction teams as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven exposure as a Sales Estimator in the residential construction industry is essential, minimum of 1 year. 
• Ideally you will have a trade qualification such as Carpentry, alternatively hands on experience is sufficient. 
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and estimating software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
