THE COMPANY:
Our client is a nation-wide aluminum windows supplier with physical offices in every state in Australia, with the immediate requirement in the Sunshine Coast region. With over 4500+ employees and 75 years’ worth of existing clients, they strive to provide locally manufacture the highest quality aluminum glass windows for high-end residential and non-residential projects.
THE ROLE:
The role expectation is to bring in completely new and lapsed business effectively and being able to manage the process. This would include having to effectively communicate with a variety of contacts such as builders, and private buyers from start to finish. This position will require an understanding of the current regional market climate to capitalise on a highly competitive and technical industry.
YOU:
The most successful candidates must have relevant experience in sales within the building materials industry, managing medium to large size businesses. Any considered candidates must have a history of successful prospecting, the drive to learn on the job about their region and the windows industry, as well as being a strong communicator between suppliers and clients.

On offer is above industry standard, with an excellent base salary package of $75k plus super, a rewarding monthly commission structure and other employee financial benefits such as company car, work phone and laptop.
