The Role
Reporting into the APAC Sales Director, you will be responsible for the sales team in the APAC Corporate market. You will be able to assess the current landscape and strategically work with our Sales Director to put plans in place to ensure overall growth. You will use your experience with sales management to inspire and coach the team to exceed their sales goals.
The Responsibilities
- Create a culture of positivity, success and goal achievement throughout the APAC Corporate team.
- Accelerate sales through strategic planning with the ability to execute.
- Leading and coaching the Account Executives and SDRs to success.
- Working with the Sales Director to create ambitious yet achievable sales goals.
- Collaborating with marketing to drive lead generation.
- Working alongside the Revenue Enablement team to understand the programmes that are being implemented and give feedback on their success.
- Provide clear and concise reporting to the Sales Director and ELT on current and future business.
- Build best practice BD playbook/processes.
You
- Demonstrate a strong track record in successfully leading Sales teams and building sales teams from scratch - including SDR/BDR - outbound function.
- Experience in scaling SaaS businesses - able to embrace the changing landscape.
- Has worked with clients in the mid market/SMB - mid market space.
- Analytical data-driven growth mindset - Know your growth numbers and the data required to underpin the successful scale of a volume SaaS team.
- Experience with a recognised Sales Methodology will be highly valued - MEDDIC preferred.
