About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager (Commercial segment) to lead sales for our Queensland commercial business. Based at our Crestmead office, with your team is based at our various sites across Queensland, you will be responsible for leading, supporting, and developing your wider teams, with a strong focus on the customer journey. You will be responsible for bringing a refined, systematic approach to our sales process, ensuring that every team member is equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to excel.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to the Queensland commercial sales team (), fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
- Drive the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy, aligning with the company's strategic plan.
- Mentor and develop your team, setting clear objectives and KPIs, and monitoring performance to ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Collaborate with other sales teams, particularly within Queensland, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction.
About You
- Previous experience in a fast-paced sales role, a background in building/construction is preferred.
- High level of commercial acumen, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience in people leadership and mentoring.
- Values continuous improvement and has a growth mindset.
- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar).
- Full working rights in Australia
