Reporting to the BUD of Critical Care ANZ, you will be responsible for managing a team of territory/account managers across a defined region to achieve financial goals. Responsibilities include the performance management and coaching of the team, supporting the team in direct sales activities and driving a successful and sustainable business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages, coaches and motivates a team of territory/account managers to ensure achievement of sales targets within assigned territories utilizing in-depth understanding of hemodynamic monitoring as well as cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business
- Promotes and sells product portfolio and solutions directly to current and new customers while building and utilizing the relationships with customers in assigned area/s
- Supports sales activities of territory/account managers in complex selling situations while executing short-term plans for the assigned area/s
Consistently drives team enthusiasm and excellent in sales process execution
- Other incidental duties
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Progressive sales experience with a 3+ years people management experience (sales teams)
- Experience in MedTech capital and consumables from one or more of the following areas: anaesthesia, ICU, critical care or OT
Additional Skills:
- Expertise of the assigned product portfolio, how it addresses customer needs and how it compares to competitor offerings
- Understand BU direction, target and the competitive landscape of assigned area/s
- Applies sales experience to sales target achievement
- In-depth understanding of hemodynamic monitoring as well as cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
- Ability to work and excel within a fast paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment
- Builds and utilizes the relationships with customers in assigned area/s
- Seen as resource to customers organization based on ability to develop innovative, mutually beneficial partnerships and solutions
Desirable, awareness and understanding of healthcare policy and reimbursement.
