About this Role:
Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Sales Manager to join our Head Office, based in Roselands. You will be reporting directly to senior management & other key stakeholders of the business. The role includes but is not limited to:
- Engage with the marketing and merchandising team to drive sales campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activity to ensure our offers and prices are market leading.
- Review and maintain stock holdings frequently for new and existing products, major sale events and new store grand openings.
- Monitor sales data for each brand to ensure sales targets and budgets are being met.
- Engage with the sales-training manager to ensure sales staff are receiving appropriate training.

- Strong communion and negotiations skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience as a Sales Manager or similar.
