Position Summary:
- Responsible for managing large group/catering related opportunities with significant revenue potential
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve property’s objectives whilst consistently analysing market information
- Support the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by creating memorable guest experiences every day with your curiosity and zest for life
- Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
- Ensure you and your like-minded team uphold all company policies and procedures and complete all required managerial tasks in a prompt & thorough manner.
- Lead by example to motivate the teams to provide quality of service and expectations
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
- Actively participate and help organising associate team building activations where needed

- Experience in a similar managerial role
