Our Consumer Business Unit is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead and accelerate the long-term growth of the Bunnings and National Accounts.
The Role:
As the National Sales Manager, you will lead and accelerate long-term growth and sustainable profitability improvement of Bunnings and the National accounts for ITW Construction Australia. You will own the Sales strategy and performance for all categories, being the owner of the Fastener categories. Working collaboratively with Marketing and the Field Sales Team around executive initiatives and working with the Supply Chain Team.
This role is a hybrid role base in Dandenong South.
How you make your mark:
- Drive sustainable and profitable growth of the Fastener Category within Bunnings and National Accounts;
- Build a strong, strategic and mutually beneficial relationship with the customer and across our industry;
- Develop both long- and short-range sales strategies with a focus on activities that will drive the biggest impact;
- Drive and deliver the Account Management Strategy that delivers against annual and Long Range Plans; and
- Coach and mentor team members to deliver results.
The talents you will bring:
- Marketing or Business Degree required
- Extensive experience of account management of large accounts;
- Extensive Hardware Industry experience;
- A strong track record of delivering sustainable business growth;
- The ability to build and leverage influential relationships - across functions/ business/ industry; and
- Leadership qualities related to keeping things simple yet effective, prioritisation and laser sharp focus on growth strategy initiatives and the ability to make tough choices to achieve the required results.
