About the role
Choice Energy is looking for a Sales Manager giving you the opportunity to grow your own team. Providing coaching and development to your team, you are responsible for the day to day productivity whilst demonstrating our core values.
What you will be doing day to day:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of SME Account Managers, providing guidance, support and professional development opportunities to maximise individual and team performance
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability within the SME team
- Reporting and KPI tracking
- Manage escalations within the team
- Working with our Partnership team to help develop accounts
- Understanding different areas of the business to create and drive cross sell opportunities
- Create and delivering sales training
- Foster positive relationships with our business partners and retailers
- Monitor compliance, ensuring policies, procedures and energy compliance is adhered to
What are we looking for?
- Proven management and leadership. Call centre leadership experience will be highly regarded.
- Coaching and development experience with interest in self development
- High level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
- Excellent communication
- Willingness to learn and adapt to change
- Passion, professionalism and a can do attitude
