The Role
Medine is a market-leading Custom Theatre Packs, and our Sales Operations team play a critical role in daily support for our national sales team, our requirements to buy components, ongoing sustainability options for our customers, and ensuring collaboration in the business to drive efficiency and process improvement. With continued growth in this area of our business, we are adding a new leadership role that will lead the team and drive these internal improvements to process and customer outcomes.
- Support the pack review process with the sales, clinical and marketing teams including identifying target accounts and working closely with the sales team to execute.
- Regularly report financials to the business on sales and margin growth.
- Lead and manage the quote creations for tender opportunities which includes quotes builds, queries to customers and final checks
- Review and approve pricing generated by ensuring a detailed approach has been undertaken
- Be a critical contributor to the process improvement projects that surround this area of our business, constantly looking for ways to improve our processes, customer outcomes, system functionality and overall efficiency etc
- Lead and coach a small team, work collaboratively with all cross functional team to achieve outcomes
Medline supports a hybrid working environment. This role will be required to be in the office Tuesday - Thursday.

We know this is not your typical role, which we think is the best part about it! A mix of sales support, administrative and customer service, the Sales Operations Manager will need to demonstrate the following core skills and experiences;
- Experience in a busy customer service and/or sales support leadership role (5 + years)
- Experience in healthcare/clinical or medical device industries will be highly regarded.
- Excellent analytical skills (Power BI or Power automate experience ideal)
- Process improvement mindset with experience leading and contributing to key projects.
- Effective at building formal and informal relationships in a matrix style organisation.
