Address phone / web site quotes and enquiries for potential ongoing sales. Identify new market opportunities by regular contact within the current customer base. Assist customers with processing their freight movement requirements.
Maintain the CRM – contacts, customers, enquiries, opportunities, activities and tasks. The ideal candidate? Proven track record of sales and account management Transport and warehousing industry experience advantageous Valid Australian Driving License
Will possess a sound understanding of leveraging the sales process to uncover customer needs, present appropriate solutions and close out customer issues timely. Able to travel regionally to conduct regular customers meetings and identify new opportunities.
