Are you passionate about healthy eating and “better for you” food? We are looking to add a Sales Rep to our family to work hand in hand with our range of premium, sustainable, and organic brands. You will play an exciting and pivotal roll in expanding our presence in independent grocers and health food stores across Sydney.

Responsibilities will include:
- Visiting stores and Merchandising including checking shelves and tickets
- New Business development
- Creating comprehensive run sheets and weekly sales plans
- Being the eyes on the ground for new trends, competitors, and products
- Reaching sales targets for new and existing customers
- Building strong customer relationships
- Proposing new products and ranges to existing and new clients
- Report tasks and good photos daily via our planning App
Successful candidate requirements:
- Comfortable with technology and the use of apps including word and excel
- Organised, with great time management skills, punctual, reliable with an eye for detail
- Professional communication skills over the phone and email
- Great attitude and willingness to learn
- Passionate about good food
- Following and engaging our customers on social media
- A current Australian driver’s license
- An ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a role that is physical and varied
Experience & Knowledge:
Although Sales Experience and a track record of hitting targets in the Food industry is preferred, it is not essential- we will provide you with comprehensive training and mentoring and what we ask form you is your energy, work ethic and willingness to learn and to follow instructions.
