We are inviting applications for a Sales Representative position based in Central Western NSW or South East Queensland. This is a hands-on role for someone with a deep appreciation for our target audience and the real-world purpose of our existing and future range of products.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an active presence in market with business customers, maintaining existing relationships and developing new business.
- Develop and execute on sales plans, including telephone and in-person prospecting, regular call cycles and community event participation.
- Understand the pipeline of demand and collaborate with functional teams to ensure sales activity is integrated into overall business plans.
- Ensure written and spoken communication is consistent with our brand promise for each product offering to the target audience.
- Leverage marketing initiatives, product launches, promotions, and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Monitor and report on the in-field impact of marketing activity.
- Analyse and describe market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the fashion, outdoor apparel, or footwear industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with the regional and rural Australian business environment and social communities.
- Own vehicle supported with allowance for extensive travel.
