Job Description:
As a Sales Representative at Blackflag Brewing, you will play a pivotal role in our sales and distribution team. Your primary responsibility will be to promote, sell, and maintain our diverse portfolio of craft beers amd RTD’s in your designated territory. You will work closely with our Sales Director and collaborate with distributors, retailers, and customers to build relationships and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, bars, restaurants, and retailers.
- Conduct product tastings and provide information about our brewery and products.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, beer festivals, and trade shows to represent Blackflag Brewing.
Requirements:
- A passion for craft beer and a strong knowledge of the craft beer industry.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel within the designated sales territory.
