We are looking for a professional and experienced salesperson who has a passion for selling dream pools and exceptional outdoor areas.
The successful applicant will be required to:
• Maintain and grow an established sales territory in Brisbane Region
• Report weekly to the Business Manager.
• Achieve weekly, monthly and annual targets and sales budgets.
• Develop excellent customer relationships.

The role:
As part of a growing company, your role will be integral in the growth of the brand in this area. You will be supported by the company directors and an installation team. Will be provided with qualified leads, and required to utilise your sales skills to convert these leads into sales. Our ideal candidate is someone who has the ability to close but also delivers exceptional customer service.
We are seeking applicants who ideally:
• Have at least 3 years’ experience in an external Sales role. Experience in the building industry is preferred but not essential.
• Have a high degree of energy, self-motivation and desire to be rewarded for your efforts.
• Can close sales and generate referrals.
• Can manage the sales as well as the day-to-day operations in Brisbane.
• Have experience using a CRM or the ability to learn a new CRM.
• Sound understanding of contracts and variations
• Must have excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, time management and organisational skills.
• Strong presentation skills, ambitious and an outgoing personality.
• The ability to work autonomously
• Computer literate in basic Microsoft software programs.
Your typical week will include:
• In-home sales appointments in Brisbane region
• Producing sales estimates and contracts to reflect customer requirements
• Managing leads in a timely manner
• Regular follow up and customer relation building
• Site sketches and measurements for council plan drafting
• In-Office/Showroom appointments and general meetings with the construction team
Salary & Benefits:
• OTE 80k-120k
• $60k base salary
• Plus, a generous commission structure.
