Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our team in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and representing VIG's high-quality hardware products.
What You’ll Do:
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Drive Sales: Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the branch team to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in the windows and doors hardware industry or related fields.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Results-Driven: A proactive approach with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Eligibility: Only candidates with Australian Permanent Residency (PR) or citizenship will be considered.
