Under the guidance of the National Sales Manager, your primary role will involve bringing in new business to support the growth of the company. This entails engaging in networking and canvassing activities, while also nurturing both new and existing client relationships to foster the retention and expansion of a premium customer base.
About the Role & Client:
Our client is a mining leader specialising within the mining/heavy duty machinery sector. With over 2,500 team members supplying quality parts and services to OEM construction and mining customers worldwide. This position is based in Welshpool however there will be opportunities for you to travel to site occasionally.

- Building and maintaining new customer relationships.
- Mechanical inspections on heavy duty machinery.
- Preparing quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
- Implementing growth strategies and plans to bring in new business
- Representing the company to current and potential customers
- In depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
- Ensure client needs are met while using negotiating outcomes.

Skills & Requirements:
- 2 + years of sales experience
- Knowledge of heavy-duty machinery or within the heavy industry/mining
- Outstanding client skills while maintaining professionalism
- Strong negotiation skills with successful outcomes
- Ability to achieve targets
