Our client is a market leader in providing innovative and high-quality Packaging Solutions to a diverse clientele in the pharmaceutical, personal care, cosmetic, food and beverage sectors. We are currently seeking an experienced sales person who is committed to driving the growth of our client.
THE ROLE
- You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities , building and managing relationships with new and existing potential clients in the Sydney territory ensuring customer satisfaction
- You will develop strategies to promote and sell the company’s products and new products to market
- Present and demonstrate packaging’s products and services to potential and existing customers
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes and contracts.
- Manage sales pipelines and forecast sales performance
- Understand and keep up with market trends and customer needs and tailor solutions for each client
ABOUT YOU
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
- Experienced Business Development Manager with the ability to manage and drive growth in the Sydney region.
- Strong understanding of different Packaging Solutions and the ability to keep on top of new products
- Fantastic communication, negotiation skills and presentation
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- $80K-$100K based on experience
