Role Overview
Are you eager to be a sales superstar in the renewable energy market. This position is perfect for someone has a strong background in business development, a proven track record in the industry and is keen to make a difference.
Responsibilities include forging new relationships, expanding our customer base across several segments, engaging in technical sales, and the ability to close deals.
Salary will be commensurate on achieving outcomes and will involve an incentive component.
We are a proud 100% Australian-owned company with 30 plus years’ experience, based in Laurieton on the Mid North Coast of NSW looking to expand our residential sales capability.
With a strong vision to be an innovative leader in the renewable sector, we are looking for person that is self-driven and a culture of customer excellence.

- Proven ability to build and manage a pipeline taking accountability for top line growth
- Eagerness to expand sales into new areas looking to capture leading edge innovation in renewable energy
- Strong collaboration skills with engineering team for technical solutions and sales proposals.
- Excellent commercial acumen and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level computer skills including MS Office, CRM and ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer proposals and close sales.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing and new strategic partners.
- Prepare detailed with engineering department, including cost estimates and ROI analysis.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions in our CRM.
- Conduct market research to stay responsive to industry trends.
- Stay updated on new technologies, market developments, and competitor strategies.
- Willingness for travel if/when required.
