We are actively seeking an experienced Sales Support to join our team based at our Kent Town office and play a vital role in empowering the Sales Support team and supporting our Property Consultants at Harris. As the backbone of our operations, your organizational prowess and proactive support will be the driving force behind our agents' success. There are so many exciting things happening at Harris. Within our fast paced and innovative environment, on any given day, you will be…
• Ensuring Property Consultant’s paperwork is compliant and inline with Harris processes.
• Processing listing, sales and property marketing for each property the sales agent lists and sell.
• Providing additional support for the agent’s when quiet, for example selling proposals, letterbox dropping, writing notepads, CMA’s (Comparative Market Analysis), sending reports, social media assistance.
• Providing superior customer service to both internal and external clients.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING…
We are a rapidly growing business with big vision, so we need highly adaptable and entrepreneurial team players. We would love to meet you if you have:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate (essential)
• Experience within a Sales Support role
• Experience in working with a CRM system – Agent Box (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly developed attention to detail
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure work environment
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work alongside and adapt to various personality styles across a variety of people
