This is a dynamic, fast-paced and varied role, suitable for an experienced Administrator /Assistant - experience working in a  Real Estate environment is a definite advantage.

The role will see you working directly to support our successful Sales team, located  in our Chermside office, where you will  be an integral part of the team dynamic.  You will be required to pro-actively work with the team, to co-ordinate and manage the operational tasks behind the scenes.   You will be a critical part of ensuring that each and every Client experiences a positive and rewarding Real Estate journey and becomes a client for life.

Scope of responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the agents with prospecting and marketing activities, to create new appraisal and listing opportunities - through preparation of mailouts, letterbox drops and other communications.
  • Assist with supporting the team by issuing Form 9 and Form 10 notices for listed properties.
  • Prepare all documentation for Inspections in advance of weekly open homes each Saturday.
  • Support the team with social media posts - with guidance and support from our centralised marketing team.
  • Database maintenance to ensure that all relevant contacts and documentation are maintained in the company crm and database.

The skills you’ll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you will have proven experience in providing strong support for a team of 2-3 people.   You will have strong stakeholder engagement skills and demonstrate self-motivation. You will also have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to proof-read and edit copy as required
  • Ability to multi-task, regularly re-evaluate priorities and plan and schedule for a highly active team
  • Excellent attention to detail and professional personal presentation.
  • The ability to engage many stakeholders, and work collaboratively as part of your own team, and as part of the wider business
  • Intermediate to advanced level competence with Microsoft Office suite essential (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with Agentbox or similar CRM a distinct advantage
  • Drivers licence and own reliable vehicle

ROLE LOGISTICS

This role will be based in our Chermside office.

This role is a part-time role worked across Monday - Thursday from 9am - 2pm.   Would suit someone experienced, who is looking to reduce their current full-time hours,  in order to gain some work/life balance.  Alternatively someone looking to return to the work-force, with school aged family - as hours are structured around school hours.
