Sales Support - Traineeship

We are currently seeking a Sales Support Trainee to join our dynamic team in the vibrant city of Wollongong. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in sales.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Assist in driving sales and achieving targets through proactive engagement and effective communication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with team members to optimise sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
• Sales administration tasks.
• Database entry.
• Social media.
• Attending open homes on Saturdays.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Well-presented with a professional demeanor.
• Motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Prior experience in sales associate role (preferred but not required).
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting and contribute to a positive work culture.
