Position Title: Business Solutions Manager (BSM)
Location: Altona, Victoria
Reports to: General Manager DTS

Overview of Role: The BSM will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that assist Compu-Stor’s customers. You will work in a B2B environment to identify new opportunities, develop plans of action, and implement processes that will lead to increased revenue and reach your OTE. You will be tasked with building and managing existing customer relationships and introducing Compu-Stor’s broad range of services currently not being provided to that customer. Inbound leads are shared amongst the team, and you will be supported in building your own pipeline in addition to these leads. You will be given every opportunity to succeed with the support of Senior Management located both locally and nationally.
Description of Tasks:
- Build relationships with appropriate levels of our customer’s teams;
- Closely monitor customers SLAs and KPI’s;
- Create and manage “Account Plans”;
- Negotiate Contract renewals, extensions and adding new services into existing contracts;
- Maintain engagement with internal teams to ensure customer requests are understood.
Skills, Experience and Attributes:
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in similar or comparable role in the B2B sales, business outsourced solutions, records management, document imaging, or document workflow industry.
- Track record in seeking new lines of revenue from our existing customers.
- Confidence in creating and presenting proposals to all levels of management.
- Disciplined approach to time management.
- Excellent communication skills and enjoy building strong business relationships across our wide range of customers.
- Contribute to the continual growth of Compu-Stor.
- Skilled in developing written, verbal, and presenting communication skills.
A current National Police Clearance and VIC WWCC is required.
Salary: Base salary + car allowance + commissions.
