Job description

We are growing and require a Sales/Administration person to provide a range of effective and efficient sales support, and administration activities for the business.

The day-to-day duties of the business that you will be responsible for include but are not limited to:

- Sales support including attending to enquiries via walk-in, email or phone.

- Work in back of house systems to ensure accurate reporting of order details including; costs, build times, customer/vehicle details.

- Communicating with customers to confirm/finalise orders.

- Organising Delivery Schedule including; Delivery Trucks, Factory Fitments and Pick Ups.

- Liaising with Bronco “Fitting Agents”; who fit our product Australia wide, to book in fitments.

- Accounts Payable and Receivable including; generating invoices and taking payments.

- Assist with reception and first point of contact tasks.

- Completing general office duties as required for example; filing, sending and receiving mail, banking payments and any other ad-hoc duties.

Skills & Competencies:

- Previous experience working in a customer focused role.

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills.

- Time management.

- Sound knowledge of office applications including; Word, Excel and Outlook.

- Process and deadline-driven mindset with attention to detail.

- Ability to follow processes while maintaining ability adjust with any updates, as processes are continually improved.

- Capable of working within a team as well as independently.
