Seeking a casual Open Home sales assistant to work with top local agent. Ideal for a return-to-work mother or university student
The RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic Saturday Open Home Assistant who is willing to greet and welcome our Open Home attendees and be a friendly point of contact!
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Working on Saturdays
- Greet and take the details of Open Home attendees
- Record data in our system
- Assist the agent with Open Home setup and pack-down including putting out signs, flags and marketing material
- Impeccable customer service skills with a warm and welcoming personality
- Must work well under pressure to handle multiple Open Home attendees
- Needs patience and enthusiasm to succeed within this role
- Strong confidence with the ability to communicate with strangers
- Must have attention to detail
- Must be presentable
