The Opportunity
Ready to make an immediate impact? Reporting to the Production Support Manager, you will be responsible for packette design and layout, cassette analysis and scheduling packing to accommodate customer and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop packing, checking and dispatch schedules to maximise efficiency and minimise transport costs while ensuring on time delivery
- Analyse and manage workflow to maximise efficiency across the week.
- Determine and adjust capacity according to current site configurations.
- Create the packing strategy within Healthstream to suit specific requirements
- Evaluate drugs in Healthstream to determine if they can be packed
- Audit HealthStream for errors in Medication information and wards discrepancies with the schedule.
We are looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in a Production role on a national level, as well as experience in FMCG/logistics or Pharmaceuticals
- Experience in dealing with medications
- Strong data and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
