Scheduling Coordinator A Scheduling Coordinator job paying $65k + super for a maintenance company in Perth. Your new company My client is a well-known maintenance company in Perth who is looking for their next Scheduling Coordinator. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to build on their skill set and work within a fast-paced environment. Your new role You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of maintenance tasks as well as providing administrative support when required. Your day-to-day duties include but are not limited too;
Working in a team of three to action 80-100 daily phone calls
Liaise with clients to confirm appointments, address any scheduling changes whilst providing excellent customer service
Data entry to maintain accurate records of appointments, job details and client information
What you'll need to succeed Your previous experience in a similar role and your strong attention to detail will lead you to your success, as will;
Ability to plan your work and prioritise tasks in order of urgency
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative
Knowledge of SimPRO software would be advantageous but isn't essential
