Permanent position$90,119 + super (co-contribution available)Canning Vale BasedAbout the Role We have a permanent opportunity for a Technical Officer – Scheduling based at our Canning Vale office. As the first point of contact for crews, contractors and the Operations Centre, you’ll be a pivotal player in delivering flawless service to our customers.Please note – for this position you must be able to work on a roster between 6 am and 5 pm. You’ll coordinate and organise workflow operations to ensure safe and timely assistance while maintaining the timely dispatch of work orders to achieve service delivery KPIs. Every day, you’ll be the go-to team member for dispatching field crews and contractors while providing overall direction to the service delivery team on achieving monthly targets.About YouYou have considerable experience as a service delivery scheduler, and your stellar administration, coordination, and service delivery skills showcase this.You constantly promote a safety culture to advocate and drive safety within your team.
