As a not-for-profit organization committed to innovation and exceeding expectations, we are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scheduler to join us as a Scheduling Team Leader.In this key role, you will lead a team of Roster Schedulers, ensuring seamless coordination of care services for our clients. You will be at the forefront of direct communication with internal and external stakeholders, delivering exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. This is your chance to step into a leadership position with a leading provider of Aged Care Services, where your contributions will directly impact the lives of those we serve.As part of our HCP team, you will be responsible for planning rosters, optimising staff time, and maintaining effective communication channels across all stakeholders.
