As a not-for-profit organization committed to innovation and exceeding expectations, we are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scheduler to join us as a Scheduling Team Leader.In this key role, you will lead a team of Roster Schedulers, ensuring seamless coordination of care services for our clients. You will be at the forefront of direct communication with internal and external stakeholders, delivering exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. This is your chance to step into a leadership position with a leading provider of Aged Care Services, where your contributions will directly impact the lives of those we serve.As part of our HCP team, you will be responsible for planning rosters, optimising staff time, and maintaining effective communication channels across all stakeholders. Your expertise in Visualcare and experience in 24-hour rostering within the Community Services industry will be invaluable as you navigate the challenges of a constantly evolving environment.Role Credentials:Proven experience in rostering within a fast-paced, geographically dispersed settingAbility to adapt quickly to unforeseen changes in staff availability and manage emergency replacement requirementsExpertise in leave planning to ensure uninterrupted service deliveryTime management skills with a focus on client and employee satisfactionExperience with Visualcare softwareExceptional verbal, telephone, and written communication skillsPrevious experience in staff training is desirableQualifications:Intermediate to Advanced computer skills (Visaulcare)National Police Check and COVID VaccinationsCompany Rewards:Work within a supportive team of dedicated professionalsCompetitive remuneration package with salary sacrificeRewarding position providing quality of life for people within aged careOngoing training & development planFull time role Monday - Friday 8.30 - 4.30
