What you'll be doing
- Provision of Radiopharmacy services including in-house radiopharmaceutical cold-kit production.
- Prepare in-house SPECT, PET and therapy -Radiopharmaceuticals and may assist the senior to develop new PET tracers as per clinical demand.
- Perform Radiopharmacy work including animal experiments in accordance with regulatory, clinical and research needs.
- Provide certain supervision and training for registrars, technologists and support continuing education for students.
- Assist in the routine laboratory maintenance and accreditation of the facility.

Essential Criteria
Qualification: Diploma in Medical Technology of the Australian Institute of Medical Technologists (before 1974) or who has obtained a degree in science from an approved university or college of advanced education requiring a minimum of three years full-time study or such qualifications as the employer deems equivalent.
Selection Criteria

- Laboratory experience.
- Ability to follow procedures in routine production of PET & SPECT radiopharmaceuticals & QC and QA procedures.
- Ability to perform preclinical animal research.
- Good knowledge of cGMP, GLP & and experience for laboratory quality management.
- Demonstrable with good knowledge of radiation safety principles and practice.
- Shall complete TEAP/certification as required by ACPSEM.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with high communication skills.
