Position Purpose
This is an exciting opportunity to focus on a single high profile client with a large scope of operations, managing approximately 3000 labor hours per week located in Sydney CBD. As the Security Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Your role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align our solutions with client objectives, identify growth opportunities, and drive revenue generation. Your expertise in understanding client requirements and effectively communicating them internally will be crucial in delivering tailored solutions and fostering client satisfaction. By consistently delivering exceptional service and proactively addressing client needs, you will contribute to the company's overall success and reputation as a trusted partner in the industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesProfitable Growth
- Manage designated accounts to budget and agreed pricing and margin criteria.
- Where required prepare and present Security briefs to Management and staff with regards to Guarding Clients.
- Work with designated clients to understand their Security requirements and develop and deliver service provision efficiencies.
- Appropriate allocation and coordination of resources to maintain optimal efficiency
- Support the development of Manpower Services Infrastructure business opportunities when required - Negotiation & quotation for Guard Services.
Customer Focus
- Attend regular client meetings (Guarding) as set out contractually or as directed and ensure prompt corrective response to client requests
- Where directed, prepare rosters for guarding staff
- Promptly attend to matters or directives raised by our Guarding, and any other clients and ensure timely follow
- Carry out customer satisfaction survey
- Oversee recruitment programs and staff training initiatives.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting
- Management of KPI's & or Service Level agreements as per client contracts.
Quality & Compliance
- Adhere to all quality procedures relating to the division
- Assist with quality audits as requested
- Preparation, completion and implementation of site standing orders (SSO) and Safe Work Method & Environmental Statement (SWMES) at all sites that are managed within your portfolio within 30 days of contract commencement
- Documentation to be completed accurately and within specified timings (RFS, Account Application, Service Agreement etc.)
- Ensure the currency and accuracy of Quality Manuals & Site Standing Orders are maintained
- Ensure all documents are quality endorsed and current
- Ensure procedures are in place to manage onsite service quality provision
- Ensure workforce is compliant
Teamwork and Leadership
- Be respectful, courteous and demonstrate a good work ethic and team spirit,
- Take a leadership role in looking after other Account Managers client base during absences
- Assist the Operations Co-ordinator/ Rosters Team in the preparation of site rosters
- Liaise with the Supervisors after hours to ensure the smooth running of allocated sites, to assist with ad hoc guard enquiries.
- Be an effective team member, contributing to the Protective Services team
- Provide Leadership and training assistance to the Protective Services team
Experience in Client Management: Demonstrated experience in client management, preferably in a related industry such as security, finance, or hospitality. Proven ability to effectively manage client relationships and exceed client expectations.
Understanding of NSW Regulatory Environment: Thorough knowledge of relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards in New South Wales, particularly those pertaining to client management and service delivery
- Valid NSW Security License: Possession of a valid license as required by the state of New South Wales for client management or related field
- Drivers Licence (Preferred)
- Tertiary Qualifications in Security Management or Business Related field and or Relatable Experience
