THE POSITIONS
Wilson Security are hiring full time Security Officers for a range of positions across our portfolios including concierge and relievers.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring activities through the use of CCTV
- Concierge duties
- Access control
- Customer service security
- Assessing all alarms, incidents and emergencies, and providing the appropriate response
- Ensuring safety on site and that rules/procedures are followed across all visitors
- Writing incident reports and following up on relevant tasks in a timely manner
- Maintain site logbooks
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Our ideal applicants will have:
- Australian Citizenship (required for some sites however we do have positions available for non-citizens as well)
- A valid security licence
- A valid driver's licence
- A valid first aid certificate
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good understanding of IT/computers and access control systems (issuing passes)
- Ability to be well-presented at all times
