As a Security Support Officer, you will support the business by coordinating and maintaining our security clearance process and obligations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and a strong interest in security processing.
Day to day tasks include but are not limited to:
- Processing security paperwork (security clearance applications, DCAC applications, overseas travel forms, departure forms)
- Providing DPN access and account management support
- Updating and maintaining security registers
- Auditing and coordinating required security training
- Reviewing and assisting in the development security documentation, training, and resources
- Advising project management on DISP obligations and DSPF requirements
- Answering routine questions and assisting staff with security processes
- Project support for security requirements.
Skills and experience
- Demonstrated success in a similar role
- High level organisational, coordination and prioritisation skills
- Exceptional communication skills with a commitment to delivering a high quality “internal” customer experience.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
