The Opportunity: As our business continues to thrive, an exciting opening awaits a technician experienced in all aspects of data cabling & security installations. Leveraging your solid technical expertise and industry know-how, you'll be involved in both new installations and enhancing services for our existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and service all aspects of Security systems, Smart Lighting, Audio & Visual
• Promptly report and elevate any arising issues to senior management when necessary.
• Terminate and commission various systems, ensuring their optimal functionality.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with our longstanding clients.
Requirements:.
• Technical experience in cabling, electrical, security, or home automation services, with Control4 knowledge considered advantageous.
• Eagerness to acquire new skills and adapt to evolving technologies.
• Autonomy in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• MUST HAVE own hand and tools.
• OHS Construction Induction Training (White Card) and a current Manual Driver's License.
• Proficiency in at least one area: Intercom Systems, Alarm Systems, Access Control, CCTV Systems, General cabling (TV/Phone/Data/Fibre), Audio/Visual installations, Communications, and network.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
