- Initial liability decisions
- Coach and mentor junior staff members – with full admin support!
- Stakeholder Management (Injured worker/Employer/medical practitioners)
- Developing RTW plans and case strategies.
- Making sound decisions within legislative boundaries
- Significant case management experience under the QLD legislation
- Ideally experienced in Self-Insurance (but not essential)
- Exceptional legislation understanding and ability to apply this to sound decision making
- Experience across front and tail claims portfolios (ideal but not essential)
- Proven results in achieving excellent RTW outcomes
- A genuine passion for case management and your community
