About the role:We have an exciting full-time opportunity in our Media Measurement Commercial Team to become a trusted business partner to your clients by providing valuable market insights that will further support their business goals.

The Senior Account Executive will:- Act as strategic partner to our clients
- Become an expert in the market
- Ensure effective and efficient client training and onboarding of new clients
- Educate customers about the most relevant features/functionalities for their specific business needs
- Liaise directly with the industry on all survey based related collateral
- Run final quality checks for the GfK seal of quality
- Develop fact-based answers to complex key business questions
- Help improve renewal rate by demonstrating clear business outcome and value

About you:The idealcandidate must be able to hit the ground running, be a self-starter and demonstrate the ability to react and adapt quickly to changing business and client needs with great communication skills.
You'll also have:- Interest in Media and Radio markets
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience in market research or media/radio industry
- Excellent language skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills, client-centric approach
- Proactive and consistent engagement with multi-disciplined teams
- Ability to address real-world business problems analytically
- Driving delivery of results for clients& GfK with a strong attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn, open mindset, team spirit, and an entrepreneurial attitude
- Strong skills in Salesforce and MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint.
