Our client is the worldwide leading provider of cloud enterprise software solutions in Contact Centre & CX. As the Senior Account Manager, you will be the first point of contact for strategic accounts in NSW and be responsible for expanding the renewing the Enterprise client base. This position will collaborate with the presales team to deliver valued proposals for target prospects and key stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
Manage and expand an existing portfolio of account within a defined territory
Generate existing business in line with growth targets
Maintain client retention and development
Deliver valued proposals across the entire product offering
Connect with C-suite, developing and maintaining those key relationships with various stakeholders
Implement strategies and initiatives to existing clients to further expand account
Establish high revenue targets, multi-year business plans & achieve individual and wider business agreements
Could also hunt new logos, but not required
What you’ll need:
6+ years of Enterprise software sales, either in Contact Centre, CX or similar
Digital contact centre and CX experience are essential
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets to FSI and Government sectors
Experience in successfully navigating large Enterprise businesses
Demonstrated experience in prospecting and closing completex sales cycles
Strong pipeline management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
