The Company

A rapidly expanding business at the top of their sector throughout APAC. With continued growth plans both locally and globally, they require a Senior Accountant to work closely with Senior Financial leaders and the support team.

The Role

You will work within the local finance team and report directly to the CFO with a close working relationship to the SLT.

Accountabilities include:

• Balance sheet and GL reconciliations to maintain current, accurate and compliant financial records.
• Credit Card and Bank reconciliations
• Preparation and posting of month end journals including prepayments, accruals and adjustments.
• Assist with monthly and ad hoc reporting.
• Preparation and submission of monthly/quarterly BAS Statements
• Ensuring Accounting standards and policies are adhered to.
• Process Improvement projects to streamline and automate business processes and reporting.
• Assistance in external audits.
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting

The Candidate

• CA/CPA Accounting Qualification
• Demonstrated experience as a financial accountant.
• Experience with ERP systems
• Ability to work under pressure
• Experience making recommendation for financial control enhancement
