About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Accountant with approx. 5 years' experience in a similar sized company. Our Accounting Manager requires a qualified CA/CPA to take our team to the next level. Key accounting tasks are a major part of this role plus assisting with leadership of the team. This newly created position provides the opportunity to join our Accounting Team of 9 at an exciting time of growth for the company. This role will be based in our Richlands office in Southwest Brisbane. This Senior role will assist with all accounting and finance needs as required by the business and directed by the Accounting Manager. The successful candidate will have superior communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels plus an interest in training and mentoring junior colleagues. You will have excellent attention to detail with motivation and determination, the ability to problem solve and troubleshoot. You will utilise your knowledge to deliver accurate and dependable results. Our values are number one at RDO and people come first.
